HCC Reels

HCC Reels excel in moving crops into the combine. New design concepts effectively divide, lift and feed standing or down crops, including soybeans, canola, wheat, lentils, irrigated crops, rice and milo. H.D. Hume created the pick up reel in the 1930's. The HCC Reel introduced in 2000 carries on the tradition. It provides improved visibility, lower weight, lower cost, and more effective crop movement. Dependability and lower maintenance result from fewer parts and tough polymer tines made with exclusive material. HCC Reels users enjoy advantages such as 35-40% improved visibility, up to 25% less weight to decrease load on harvesting equipment, and superior bat strength versus sheetmetal or aluminum. Fewer parts and tough polymer tines move the crop efficiently with less down time for combine and swather customers world-wide.

52-Inch Reel Conversion Kit

An HCC 52-inch reel conversion kit improves your combines performance. Ten inches larger than the industry standard, the 52-inch reel sits about 5 inches farther forward on the header and therefore reaches farther into your crop. Reel speeds are slower for the same bat speed, and there is less need for fore and aft height adjustments. This conversion kit can be installed, on the farm, in about two-to-three hours and works with all HCC tube-type reels.

Full-Fingered Auger

HCC full-fingered augers are designed for Case IH 1010 and 1020 headers and improve crop feeding into the combine. With retracting fingers from end to end, this new auger has the right parts in the right place for superior performance and long life. Unlike retrofit or rebuilt units, the internal bulkheads are properly set to support critical drive components and keep the auger tube round. Flighting is spaced so the fingers are in the right spot for the best crop flow. And because the full-fingered auger is built from all-new components, it comes with a new-equipment warranty. Unlike rebuilt augers, all components can be sourced from your Case IH dealer. Contact your Case IH dealer to purchase the HCC full-fingered auger for your Case IH header.

Sieves and Chaffers

HCC produces sieves and chaffers to fit most makes and models of combines. HCC works closely with OEM manufacturers to match the cleaning elements to machine capacity. Joint testing and development assures a cleaner sample in the tank for all crops and conditions. HCC also manufactures and markets specialty sieves including round hole, D-Lip and both fixed and adjustable air foils. New materials and styles are under continuous development and testing.

Field Tracker®

HCC Field Tracker® designed for CASEIH combines allows headers to automatically tilt 4 degrees right and left to follow the ground contours. This is especially important with today's wider headers and around the clock harvesting. Field Tracker products are custom designed to fit the function and quality requirements of OEM customers with cost effective performance for the end user. The HCC Field Tracker has electronic and hydraulic components that provide reliable, high speed response to track the field.
